Jordan Dempsey

About Me

Jordan was born in and still resides in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. Growing up in a small town
taught Jordan the importance of community, loyalty, and building strong relationships. He has
incorporated these qualities into representing clients throughout his law career. Jordan is a
graduate of Dunmore High School, Temple University and Widener University Commonwealth
Law School.

Upon graduation from Law School, Jordan served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Margaret
Bisignani-Moyle in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. Once entering private
practice, Jordan began focusing on real estate litigation, representing property owners on a
variety of cases, including negligent construction of homes, contract disputes, property boundary
disputes, and the purchase and sale of residential homes and commercial buildings.

Since joining the Firm, Jordan focuses both on the management side of labor and employment
law as well as litigation. Some of those areas include discrimination, discriminatory harassment,
employee discipline, hiring, disability accommodation, wage and hour disputes, and other
employment-related issues.

On his personal time, Jordan enjoys spending time with friends and family at his family’s cottage
at Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania. Jordan is also an avid supporter of Dunmore High School athletics.
